Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted with the special gifts they offer, but eventually, everything came together smoothly, starting before 3:30 p.m. The room was spacious and clean, although a bit delayed with the services initially.
The hotel offers clean and cozy rooms, with some room for improvement in bedding arrangements. The service is friendly overall, with occasional lapses in attention. The location is stunning, with beautiful beach surroundings, but there may be some noise concerns. The dining options are varied but may lack some variety. The facilities are adequate and add to the pleasant stay.
The room was cozy, clean, and cool, offering a great sleep experience. However, there were delays in receiving the special gifts promised and the room had two single beds instead of a couple's bed, which was not ideal.
